I’m not going to tell everyone what is the better diet or whatever it calls civilian food or drink. All I can say that I love to try new things and add up into my list. I used to know aloe vera since teenaged times. But only for make shiny hair or make them thick.
My family used to grow aloe vera in our small garden sorrounded by other plants. My favorite time was playing with aloe vera and put its mucous to my brothers skin. It was fun, lol! After graduated from law school, some friend invited me to see her some small project and hoped I could write an article on my newspaper where I worked at that time.
I looked at her and putting my fingers onto my mouth and shouting at her,” Are you kidding on me?” I knew aloe vera since I was a child and nothing to do with these some uncredited researches!” She wasn’t happy though for my opinion. I mean, I could’ve never imagined that some plant that have sticky mucous can be eat.I love herbal and drink bitter taste for sure. But, aloe vera always be my hair’s best friend forever,
Okay, just skipping the story. One time, I went to store and seeing aloe vera in different way, not in shampoo, or whatever. It was in drink. I remembered my old friend that have talked about it some time. I would love to try and wow...amazing..this aloe vera so delicious.
After that, I started research everything about aloe vera and there are some benefits for drinking juice or eating the meat. It says would help for some blood pressure problem, cleansing the digestive system, gives you a boost of energy, helps with the hydration of your skin, encourages renewal of skin cells, and sooths the skin, and also providing support to your immune system. You can find aloe vera in your local store. Fortunately, Indonesia has many here and I do no need watering my eyes to find it around,
